On this Yom HaAtzmaut, ICEJ Canada rejoices with the nation of Israel, giving thanks for 78 years of independence, resilience, and hope. From the ashes of the Holocaust to a thriving, modern state, Israel stands as a powerful testament to faith, perseverance, and God’s promises fulfilled.
We honour the courage and sacrifice of those who have defended Israel’s freedom, and we stand in unwavering solidarity with the people of Israel today.
